50K for professional and experienced cyclists - age 16 and above.
30K for experienced cyclists - age 14 and above. Cyclists under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parent.
15K for beginners - no age restrictions. Cyclists nder the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parent.
